Roku Developer Program

Hi I work for a nonprofit and I can't get Roku to accept the W9 that they made fill out. I check the "other" box and type in Nonprofit corporation exempt under IRS Code Section 501(c)3 and its not accepted would love some help.

We have run into a similar situation.  On the Partner’s Payout Program signup, the dropdown for tax purposes doesn't appear to have an option for tax-exempt status for non-profits. Has this process been updated or should we e-mail partnerSuccess as well?

I am tax exempt in the state of Oklahoma because I am a 100% Disabled Veteran.  If you do not honor this then I am doing business with the wrong company!
