Hello, please share information how to handle with popular adserver like LKQD, StreamRail, AOL, Beachfront for video ads.
Usually such tags goes with macros unique for each user session [CB] = timestamp, [WIDTH], [HEIGH] etc. How to pass them into such tags?

I have used DFP and Streamrail macros until now, But you can can get rest of the macros from the link, which is also present in Roku Site
