Greetings. We recently started having trouble using our longstanding test user accounts.
After successfully purchasing a content item to test (success screen appears), the system says "sorry you must purchase this item before playing it" when we select "play."
When trying to buy again, the system says; "this item has already been purchased for this account."
We have tried two different test accounts on multiple public channels. We have deleted the test accounts and started over. We have updated payment information. We have tried it with dummy Product IDs "test-01," etc. We have done software updates and Roku restarts. Nothing works as it did.
