I contacted Roku support last week. I received a notice they would respond in 24 hours. I have heard nothing other than receiving an email that says "please type your response above the line." Not even sure what that is requesting. I have tried and tried. Regardless, I am trying to determine the viewership of my channel. I cannot find any help or guidance. So, trying this route.
The developer's forum located at the top right corner would be a more suitable place for this discussion. It appears that the administrators are currently unavailable or on vacation, which is likely why the post hasn't been moved there yet. Try again trackingvrl
