Is there any way to display subtitle menu on dialog when user press * button while watching video, so that user can select subtitle of selected languages displayed on dialog while playing video on roVideoScreen, and when user resume the current video the selected subtitles should be displayed. Currently we are using SRT files to display subtitles.

It's possible if the user already has subtitles turned on globally.
You can't overwrite the global setting from within roVideoScreen.
You can, with a roVideoPlayer, but building a roVideoPlayer introduces many more challenges.
