There was a thread that talked about how to do this. I've been searching for 20 minutes, if anyone remembers please bump that thread or post a link here... Maybe the admins could make a sticky out of that thread? I'm on os x and the whole save, make, firefox, browse replace I do every few minutes is staring to get to me.
