Currently having problems logging in to my dev.account.
But even from roku.com clicking on sign-in, it redirects to https://my.roku.com/signin?next=https://www.roku.com/ which hangs at empty screen. Glance at the network requests seems to show what's hanging (for many minutes) is some request to <censored> ?api=json&r=<some numeral>
Signed in fine for me. It redirected to https://my.roku.com/index and shows me logged in. maybe try ipconfig/flushdns from the command line, or clearing your cache? dunno.

If i burn all cookies and local storage, it works at first. But try seeing sales/transaction reports? That seems to mortify it so that even new tabs won't work afterwards. Somehow poisons the well.

Yes - someone am still seeing it. Go login - visit developer (old or new), try to check sales or txn reports -> hanging -> dead for any other pages/tabs that involve account thereafter.
