Is there any type of restriction regarding how much/little content is available in a given channel upon publishing?

Something along the lines of: "You must have at least 200 videos to publish your channel"

Hi,

No, there is no real restriction but we strongly recommend having more than just a few videos for best results in building and retaining an audience, and if you submit a channel with just a few short shaky video clips of yourself fishing with your family, we will tell you to publish as a private channel.
