Rejected > Feedback provided in email

Hello,

my channel just got rejected because of this: Feedback  provided  in  email

I have no idea what that means and how to resolve this? Do any of you have an idea?

Check the email address on your developer account - they email the results of the certification process in an email to that address.

I got this same message but I get e-mail from them and double checked everything and my e-mail address is right so whatelse can it be?
