Honestly there really isn't such a thing as "affordable" that will support a large number of reliable video streams. Bitgravity and Edgecast seem to have the best pricing, but you will be locked into a contract with minimums.

I do however have a comment on who not to use....SimpleCDN. It's tempting because you can get what seems to be exactly what you need for $.03 per Gb transfer with no contract. But read this before you do...

We have two sites. http://www.kadoo.com which is more consumerish, and http://www.divshare.com that does a bang up job of handling video and image streams. We handle about 500M streams a month or about 15M a day.
