ROKU not updating Dev's Channels

I am a developer and have two channels in the ROKU channels store. I have updated my channels several times and ROKU has yet to approve the channels update for some reason. Its been 8 months now and I keep getting a run around. With promises that someone will get in touch with me but they never do. What the hell is going on over there at guys are not doing anything for the people that make you money. I am growin tied of crappy customer service for us developers. Maybe will be taking my channels elsewhere soon.

Hi Dj, I'm very sorry that your channel hasn't been processed in a reasonable amount of time, we'll get the latest versions into QA right away and hopefully back to you at the beginning of this coming week or sooner.

This Roku 4K thing seems to be seriously boggling down the Co.
Plus the understaffing.
