Promoting Roku Channels?

Does Roku provide any methods of promoting a  channel to Roku users? They can search for it of course, but are there any other methods Roku supports for promoting a channel?

They have a self-serve solution through "Buy&Sell Ads"...and for a while it was good. Now its ridiculously overpriced.
