Power Command plus other items for Roku TV's

The Roku External Control Guide doesn't seem to have been updated to included commands related to TV's that have built-in Roku like TCL and HiSense

In particular, I wanted to know how to power on a Roku TV.

In my experience, the Roku TV shuts down its network connection a few minutes after it's powered off, so I don't think there is any way to power it back on via ECP.

Thanks for the reply. I had figured the remote was RF but I guess that means it is still using infrared. Oh well. Per your suggestions I tried pinging it and sure enough it is not on the network.
