There is no standard. Every manufacturer does it differently, so look up your webcam docs. Check older posts in this forum for discussion. Most often MJPEG is used, which is not Roku supported (bonus: there was never a standard on MJPEG, it's a mess). But almost always JPEG is available too, so can be manually polled.
