Packager (no dev key) link suddenly not loading

When I click "Packager (No Dev Key) link now, nothing happens. No spinning disc, nothing. Just stays on Installer page. Thoughts?

Go to utilities, enter password, upload a previous created package and then press rekey. Also this might help you as well viewtopic.php?p=267096
