Packager Missing From Roku Page

I've run genkey, and reloaded the browser page from my box, but there's no Packager option available. I can switch between Installer and Utilities just fine. But I have noticed that trying to use either Inspect or Rekey gives me an 'Invalid Password' response, despite that I am quite sure I am giving it the password generated by genkey.

What am I missing? Why do I not have the Packager available?

That's strange. What version of the firmware do you have? Have you tried rebooting the box? I'd also try disabling developer mode and then re-enabling it.

Is there a channel side-loaded on the box? The packager is only available when a channel is side-loaded.

Thanks to you both.

Yes, there was a sideloaded Channel.

I re-booted the box, and that did not help.

So I took it out of Development mode, put it back in, and that still did not help. I then ran genkey again (third time, actually) and now I can Package.
