[Open Source] NodeJS Authentication and Linking API for Roku Channels

I'm sharing this NodeJS app I created that implements a simple server-side authentication and linking API for a Roku Channel. It was implemented to work together with the auth-linking-channel sample provided by Roku at their GitHub repository.
