New HLS stream host(gravlab)/ stream not working

We have a new company doing our streams, Gravlab. The stream is not working. They claim it is not on there end. How can I determine what the problem is? Has anyone had any experience with this company?

the following is the stream url:

I get a 404 page for that url - it ought to download a text playlist file.
Something like this - http://public.infozen.cshls.lldns.net/i ... ublic.m3u8

Hi,

innovatvnetworks was an account that signed up for a free trial then disappeared, so their account was suspended. So that was probably the problem you were running into. So here are some gravlab resources that people may find useful, ...hopefully not spammy:

We're happy to help Roku content distributors use HTTP Live Streaming, including transcoding / encoding and live broadcasting.
