This is still on the Channel Store, but most of the Hipserv authentication services by the manufacturers (Seagate, Verbatim etc.) are now offline as this line was discontinued. If you have a device already initialized you still can use the channel by connecting via your local IP. My recommendation is to try the free trial version first to see if you can access your device.
