IPV6 issues with app


is there any issues with ipv6 on roku.

my clients who are using comcast service (ipv6) having issues accessing the application.
the xml feeds are not loading up for them. 
when the client opens up the category, it loads up the contents from a xml file.
but for these 3 comcast customers who reported me said, it shows a blank screen with no feeds in them to browse.

I'm using cloud flare in my website. for all other users, it is working fine 
anything wrong with IPV6 or cloudflare with roku ?

Very late reply, but encase it helps anyone else who finds this.

As of this post, Roku does not support IPv6 AT ALL, so IPv6 CAN NOT cause any issues with roku.

You still have IPv4 on you network and from your ISP, that is what Roku is using.

I don't know how this is still an unanswered request. This should have been in place 5 - 10 years ago.
