Hostname in place of static IP capability on Roku3

I understand that there is no work-around for the current DCHP only approach on Roku3. I am in an IT environment where DHCP reservations by MAC address is not possible. Anyone know a quick way to discover the hostname that a Roku3 might be using so I can make a connection to the player via hostname in stead of a static IP?

Thanks -Jim

The DHCP hostname is the three characters "NP-" followed by the unit's serial number.
