Have received numerous complaints about HLS videos that used to work BUT now either constantly rebuffer or fails to start.
This started occurring a couple of weeks ago.
A user sent me a file that used to work but now fails.
It fails on version 3.0 build 2227 on a N1000 and 2100X BUT works on 4.1 build 1275 on a 3100X.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
