ECP launch app fails

I cannot launch any apps from ECP now. the last time I know it was working is about 2 days ago.

e.g. I want to launch VUDU. curl -d '' http://192.168.8.32:8060/launch/13842 

I am using a TCL TV with Roku 9.2.0 build 4502-30. Serial number YS00KV024519
