Does roku review source code up on certification

I am developing a new roku application which will be a public channel. I read inorder for me to publish the channel, it need to get certified and follow some certian guidelinesses

My question here is, does rokus team review the "source code" up on reviewing my application ? I know pkg file is an encrypted form.  Do they  decrypt  the file to original  source  code for reviewing ?

    I don't believe they review the code, although they have the ability.  The certification process has become somewhat or possibly completely automated.
