Does channel have any role in subscription auto-renew?
Customer has end users complaining that on day of renewal on Roku, they lose subscription access for 1 day until their subscription is renewed again the next day. So they are having a day of interrupted subscription at time of renewal.
I want to know - is there anything we do in code for this? I mean, we just fetch purchases on channel side and decide active or not active based on that, so auto-renewal is happening on dashboard.
