Does Roku support third-party payment gateway like PayPal, PaySafe etc? I want to implement a payment gateway on my channel. When Roku user login into the channel and browse through the channel, my video is there to pay and add into their views list. As the concept is for each video have purchasing options on this channel.
Is this possible?

For a private channel you can probably still use external billing, but for public channels you must use Roku Billing to pass certification if your channel makes money, unless you get a waiver like NetFlix.
