I've seen a few posts about similar issues, but not one with a solution:

I've published a direct publisher channel, once I add it to my device and it loads, I immediately see a screen with 2 icons: Search and About. No content is playing.

Any idea?

they should be able to fix your issue , they did the same for other developers

and yes maybe if you would have posted your issue in the Direct Publisher part of the forum you would have had a faster response 🙂
