I paid for my channel thursday it is Tuesday and I have been trying to create my channel and I am having issues adding logos etc and publishing the page i have emailed several times all i get is links that are not helpful why is there no one to contact by phone or at least chat you guys are saling something but dont want take the time out to help your customers unless they have a paid account they watch this is very terrible so now I have purchased channel i cant do anything with really great customer service
@Mslonda, what do you mean you paid for your channel? Paid who? Roku doesn't charge to create a channel.
I paid for channel through Tv Boss and have a Roku/Amazon Fire tv channel but the question is can you help me with your product or no
@Mslonda, I don't work for Roku, but since you paid a third party that has absolutely nothing to do with Roku I can pretty much guarantee that no one at Roku will be willing to help you either. It sounds like your issue is with TV Boss. You should contact them.
