From time to time the icon of my app (my dev channel) disappears - and is replaced by 'no image' icon.
The channel itself works fine, and when it closes - the icon returns as well.
This never happens to my other (non-dev) channels.
This did not happen when my channel was much smaller in size (now more than 2MBs).
I speculate that maybe reference to dev channel icon gets lost in some cases, and system garbage collector gets it. For me that happens 1-4 times a day.
Any ideas what actually causes it / How to prevent it from happening?
