Creating a Paid Channel question
I have my channel all set to publish, I want to set up a monthly subscription
and have not been able to figure out how to do this.
My Developer stats say "Roku Billing Services enrollment initiated"
I provided a PayPal address. I have looked at the
Roku® Billing Services Agreement which is a PDF, Am I supposed to print this out
complete and send? There is no address to send to?
I did add my Channel as public with "Additional Fees May be Required".
Is the fee based subscription set up after the channel is approved by Roku.
I have a few more clicks to submit this channel just want to make sure I am
doing this correctly.

After you go through the enrollment process on the website, you will get an email requesting some tax documents. After the finance team has reviewed those, your developer account will be enabled for billing and you will be able to set a price for your channel before submitting it.

wait and find out I have made a mistake.
I am guessing that selecting the "Additional Fees May Apply"
is what prompts this?

No, that's not related to Roku Billing at all. That's a Channel Store designation for free channels that may require payment for some content. To enroll in Roku Billing, from the developer portal, click the link that says "Enroll in Roku's Billing Services Program" and it will take you through the process.

I am still trying to create a paid channel,
does Roku send you the Billing info once the channel is approved?
