Roku Developer Program

Hello

I´m new at Roku, acctually learning how to use the developers program but is dificult for me. What i want to create is a private Channel where i can directly access to the live streaming content from some webpages, for example this one:

Can someone tell me how to do this easy?, i got no so much knowledge of programing but if you tell me a "for dummies" way to do it, i can learn!

I think you would need to contact Dishworld, as the site is in Spanish and handles an enormous amount of copyrighted content from third parties.
