Clients Returning ROKU devices
We gift our new customers with ROKU devices. We just experienced a return of these gifts because CRACKLE is automatically included in the initial lineup and their feature shows were R-rated, so that's what appeared during our demo. Our former clients made the decision that they did not want to do business in this environment, no parental controls for CRACKLE just cost us several sponsors. Can ROKU mandate that each content provider that includes non-family content must have parental control available to bar this content from downloads or can ROKU via the Pin allow parental controls for all content?

Re: Clients Returning ROKU devices
Just researched on Crackle.com that there are 500 request submitted to them asking for parental control. Guess this isn't the first time it's created a problem......

Re: Clients Returning ROKU devices
I just checked and see the Ratings listed before the show plays. The customer chooses to play or not based upon the ratings. I would hope your clients can see the rating before playing.

Re: Clients Returning ROKU devices
Crackle is pre-checked during account creation/player setup, but users can un-check it if they don't wish to have it added. Additionally, users can remove any channels they don't want and require a PIN number before channels can be added.
