Channel checklist Priority

Hi

I want to ask about priority column in channel checklist
Means Is lower value represent higher priority or lower priority

And my next quote is that I have not followed all channel checklist like trickmode play,Single arrow presses move the playpoint in the desired direction one position etc So will any problem with my app in future
