We are getting this error message while trying to submit our channel:

"Roku requires that names for channels within the Channel Store are unique. The name you have selected for your channel is not available. Please select a different name."

We have checked the channel store and we do not understand why we are getting this message because no other network is bearing our name. We have sent an email to support regarding this but we still have not received a response. Please help us with this.

there are plenty of channels that aren't in the store.

the name you selected has been taken by someone else, select a different name and the error will go away.

Also check that another person in your organization isn't the person who is using the name in a private or unpublished public channel - this is a pretty common occurrence.

We had made a private version of our channel bearing the name of the channel we want to make public. When we noticed this issue we deleted the private channel, but we are still getting the same error message.
