Channel Keeps Disappearing

Hi there - I'm a new developer and have recently submitted a new channel for Public approval. The name of the channel was SkyStream TV. We submitted all the necessary information along with the pkg. The next day I go to check on the channel and it's no longer there (no email or notification about removal)... So I resubmit under SkyStreamTV (since it won't allow me to use the one that was removed) - wait a day to check on it and it's gone again! 

I've emailed partner success and developer with no reply... what's going on here? Am I missing something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated - now I've used all the name options for the channel and I'm stuck with nothing.
