Chaneru does M3U and WPL playlists

Initial support for M3U and WPL playlists for MP3 files.
One problem is it will NOT do relative paths.

Please give it a try and let me know if anything falls out !

Only the Channel was updated, the access code is still SHZFF

Updated to the Aug 19 beta to allow the user to specify M3U and WPL files as slideshow background music.
