Building a subscription channel using instant TV channel
I am building a private subscription channel using instant TV channel. How do you build one that provides the viewer with a preview version of the channel that allows them to upgrade to the full channel using their Roku remote?

You should probably ask the Instant TV people. The devs here don't use that.

Re: Building a subscription channel using instant TV channel
Actually some of the devs here do use Instant TV Channel.
And devs using Instant TV Channel still use the Roku Developer Site to upload their Pkg file, set up the channel, and monitor performance. They still use the blackbox RAF code.
BlueBoy, Roku's In-Channel Purchasing is supported in Instant TV Channel. Individual content items in a channel can be configured with or without In-Channel Purchasing, so some items can be free and some can be paid. Or you can put a "Preview" or "Trailer" button into the Springboard screens to allow a preview of the video.
But Squirreltown is right, this type of question should be asked using the contact email address on the Instant TV Channel website, you'll usually get a quicker response.
