Iam new to roku development.My question what is the working environment needed to develop the application.
How to write the bright script programmes and interpret them........

The scripts must be run on a Roku box in developer mode. Any text editor will do for developing the scripts. You will want to start tackling your learning curve by reading the Developer Guide in the SDK. It will give you an overall picture of the development process and introduce you to the rest of the docs and examples in the SDK.
