Accessing the manifest from BrightScript?

I was wondering if there's a way to access the manifest file from within BrightScript? Basically I want to have one place where we can set the version #, and have people be able to view that inside the preferences page. We've got a few developer versions floating around, and having people be able to tell what version their code is based off of would be really helpful, I think.

I had been wondering that myself. I currently have the version number in the Manifest file and the same number hard-coded in my code for display on a Settings screen. It would be nice if we could somehow extract the version number from the Manifest.
