2 Quick Questions About Live Stream Channel

A live channel when user clicks, the channel opens up and plays right away...

1. Is args for ads required for certification?
2. Is deep linking required for certification?

Ads is not required but deep linking is needed

Thank you for the reply. I was hoping it wasn't needed because I have not figured out how to add that. I have a segment of that code but not sure where to add it to make it work. Back to the learning curve...I was thinking since it's not possible to search and find a video based on search being a live stream that it wouldn't be required, That was my wish anyway lol

If it opens and plays the stream without any intermediate screens, I don't see how deep linking could apply. There would be no difference in behavior if a "deep link" was supplied or wasn't supplied. I'd just submit it and see what Roku has to say.

I think that is what I my have to do..just submit to find out. Not been able to find all of the info otherwise. Thank you.
