When trying to charge the remote, see if the green light is flashing when conected to the charger. I noticed that if I pushed the power button the green light disapeared. So I left the unit pluged into the charger and within a few hours the green light was solid and my remote was fully charged again. Tried on 2 Remote Pros worked on both. Hope this helps.
