My Roku ultra remote will not charge. When I plug it into the charger that came with it, the light flashes green & the tv shows the remote is charging but never goes higher than 0%
I can see a couple of possibilities here. Either the remote really is not charging, or the reporting of its charge level is not working.
Does the remote actually control the Roku when it says there is 0% charge?
Does restarting the Roku make any difference?
Does re-pairing the remote make any difference?
The remote does work but dies pretty quickly after. I will try the other two recommendations. Thanks for the response
If it only works a short time then dies, that sounds like it's really not charging.
