I have two TCL Roku TVs, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs remote broke, so I bought a new voice remote pro. I'd like to use that one on my downstairs TV, and use the remote I'm currently using downstairs on the upstairs TV. Is this possible? If so, does anyone know how I reprogram the downstairs remote (voice remote model RC487) so it works upstairs?
If you have two TCL Roku TVs, the remotes that came with them will control either TV. If they're voice remotes, they have to be paired before they'll work, but if they're not, they'll just work on either TV. Non-voice remotes don't require any kind of programming - one TCL remote is as good as another.
@Andrs40, do you have a question? My response above pretty much covered it. I would add that if you have two Roku TVs of different brands (TCL, onn, Hisense, etc.), one remote may not work on the other brand of TV unless they're voice remotes.

Is it a voice remote? If so:

If not, the remote will only control TVs of the same brand (TCL, Hisense, onn, etc.).
