In the process of setting up one of our roku devices and encountered something new to me.
Requesting a pin once set up appeared when trying to go from guest to member using my current and used account which never had a pin set up.
I went along with other instructions in order to attempt setting one up or resetting it. Once on the site it simply won't save the new pin once its typed into the box
Any ideas? This is becoming a hassle and headache
Are you doing this on a phone? Can you try it on a computer or use the desktop page if you are?
