Is there a model I can choose to control Peerless-AV outdoor TV?
I have the same question. Nothing seems to work for my Peerless. Please help.
Is there a way to circle through codes until I find one that works?
I suggest you buy UEI made universal remote like the One-For-All urc-7880 or the Inteset 422-3. Then do a code search on them through all tv brands if you come up with a match. You can blink back the code, search the code list for all tv brands that use that code and try those brands in your Roku remote. If you match one come back and post it for others to use. This will help you to going forward know what other tv brands share the same code as your's.

I got a phillips universal remote and I was able to get the code for my TV. It is 4640.It would be wonderful if you could find a brand that uses matches this code.
