New remote setup is done but only few keys are working

I purchased new remote ultra pro Roku tv replacement remote and I did the setup but only few keys are working like volume and on/off button.

 

my Tv is scepter, could someone help me on the full setup please.

Is the TV a "Roku TV" or do you have a Roku device connected to your TV?

In that case the only buttons on your Roku remote that will affect the TV at all are the Power, Volume Up/Down, and Mute.  The other buttons are strictly for the Roku device and those "TV control" buttons are strictly for the TV and don't affect the Roku device.  Configuring the remote for your TV doesn't make the remote a replacement for your TV remote if that's what you're asking.
