New out of box. Remote won’t pair. Green flashing light never comes on. Stuck on pair your remote sc

Make sure you've inserted the batteries properly and don't assume that the batteries that came with it are good.  Try a fresh set of batteries.  If the pairing light doesn't start to flash when you press and hold the pairing button for a good 5 seconds return it to where you got it.
