Was given a Roku Stick and Remote kit by a kind gentleman. Unfortunately, no receipt and over a month later both products stopped working. Was hoping with proof of Warranty can get a replacement kit at any particular store without a receipt.
Roku should have record of when the device was activated. If the device is under a year old, it should be covered.
