Hi @BM1
Welcome to the Roku Community!
If you're experiencing issues with having to re-pair your remotes frequently on your Roku Streambar, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check the battery level of your remotes: If the batteries in your remotes are low, it can cause pairing issues. Try replacing the batteries in your remotes to see if that helps.
- Reset the remote: You can try resetting the remote by removing the batteries, pressing and holding the pairing button for 5 seconds, and then releasing the button. Reinsert the batteries and try pairing the remote again.
- Try using a different remote: If you have multiple Roku remotes, try using a different remote to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is with the remote itself or with the Streambar.
- Restart the Streambar: Try restarting the Streambar by unplugging it from power for 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in. This can help reset the device and fix any pairing issues.
- Check for interference: Wireless interference can cause pairing issues with the remote. Make sure that the Streambar is not located near any other wireless devices or appliances that could be causing interference.
- Factory reset: If none of the above steps work, you can try performing a factory reset on your Streambar. This will erase all of your settings and data, so make sure to back up any important information before proceeding. To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset on your Streambar.
We hope it helps!
Warm regards,
Lianna
