... um i get the same error message using either my android roku app or the remote that came with the tv

well.... going to factory reset.... reset tv audio/picture settings fixed the problem on my tcl 65q825.... no idea why

Um. Yes.... I can stream .. and I have 2 WI Fi... 1 free .. and the problem ia unchanging
.. Oh ... Also... When I search for a movie... And try to follow ... It won't let me.. instead activates the lower tile...
